Theory assessment is a multiple-choice question exam.

Practical
The following practical is required

  • Observation / Self Mastery: 40 hours

  • Practice Instructing: 30 hours

For the practical assessment you are required to take a video of yourself teaching a segment of a Pilates class with a minimum of three people. 

Course Requirements

  • Qualifications: Must have a Certificate III in Fitness or Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent 

  • Resources: Must have access to a computer and internet access
