Fitness Certification Courses - Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online certification course. If for any reason you find that the course doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 7-Day Cooling Off Period during which you can request a refund.
Here's how it works:
1) Notify Us: If you're not satisfied with the course, simply inform us within the first 7 days of enrolment.
2) Exit the Course: Upon your request, we will immediately terminate your access to the course materials.
3) Refund Processing: While we're sad to see you go, we understand that circumstances vary. A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note:
Refund requests made after the initial 7-day period will not be honored.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Allow up to 5 business days to process your refund once it has been approved.
