All Heart Collective - Women's Only Gym Of The Month

October 07, 2026•2 min read

This month we’re shining the spotlight on All Heart Collective in Morisset, NSW 🩷

AHC is a female-only gym welcoming women from ages 12 - 65, with a huge focus on strength, connection and community.

🏋️‍♀️ Strength-focused programming

🔥 METCON, conditioning + hybrid sessions

🧘‍♀️ Pilates, stretching + meditation

👯‍♀️ Buddy + team-based training

👶 On-site crèche for the “Mini Hearts”

🩷 And a community built around women supporting women

Their philosophy is simple: combine sisterhood with fitness and help women feel stronger, move better and enjoy training along the way.

We LOVE seeing spaces created specifically for women to train, connect and feel supported 👏

We asked the founder Abbey Hammonds a few questions about owning a female we gym/being a PT and for some advice for new trainers!

What made you decide to open a female-only gym? 🏋🏽‍♀️

I knew I wanted to work in the female space when I was studying my pt and to this day, that’s all I’ve done. Over a decade later, I have only ever worked with women and I still adore it more than anything. My passion and reason to becoming a pt, and opening a gym has always been about helping women gain confidence

Do you have a proudest moment as a PT? 🫶

My proudest moment as a pt is just that through it all, I’ve stayed true to what my passion is. In an industry that is ever evolving, I have always come home to my WHY. Now, I have a beautiful gym that is “home” to nearly 300 women and nothing will ever make me more proud.

What do you love about what you do? 🩷

My favourite thing about what I do, is long ago it stopped being work, and became family. Baby showers, weddings, cuddles on the hard days, someone to celebrate with on the good days. Our community is second to none and sometimes it’s hard to remember we are a “gym”.

What advice would you give female trainers who want to get their foot in the door? 🙋🏽‍♀️

Find your own mark and be true to you.

Fitness changes so much. There’s a large market available for people who know their brand and are just true to who they are.

You don’t need to be fancy.

You need to be YOU and let people who want that find you.

And, DON'T GIVE UP.

My first bootcamp had a handful of people in it.

I now have more at any given class in a day. Time builds trust. Trust builds bonds.

Bonds build community.

So don’t give up.
