A hard-pushing semi-private PT (shout-out to James at Fitcentre) set the standard for what great coaching feels like, and with a PT/osteopath husband in her corner, she soaked up everything she could—eventually stepping on stage for two bikini comps and discovering how much she loved the process of learning.
